Horse Feathers Graphics has a very liberal Clip Art License Agreement. Horse Feathers Graphics is one of the few graphic clip art companies that will actually let you use our graphics in products that you can sell without asking for royalties.
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT: (Important-Read Carefully)
This is a Legal agreement between you the end user and Horse Feathers Graphics. You may not sell , transfer, rent or lease reproduction copies of the software or manual to other parties, friends or relatives. That is software piracy. You are entitled to use the Clip Art designs for your own use, and use the Clip Art designs in the creation of a product that you sell. That is what our Clip Art is made for. You may use up to 20 graphics in the creation of a single product, royalty free, without prior permission. You may not use over 20 graphic designs in one project without prior written permission of Horse Feathers Graphics.
You may use one copy of this product on a single computer terminal. Each computer work station must have its own original licensed copy of the software. You are entitled to keep one backup copy for emergency use. You may not give away, share or sell backup copies of this product to anyone.
If you transfer ownership of this product you must remove it from your harddrive and relinquish all of the product, disks and manual to the new owner. The manual is a very important part of your package. It proves you have purchased the product and have the rights to use the graphics. If you misplace the manual or loan it to a friend and loose it you have just lost your rights to use the graphics.
USERS RESPONSIBILITY:
Horse Feathers Graphics packages are graphic data. It is the user’s responsibility to provide a computer and a software program to use the graphics. The user assumes the entire cost of and all necessary purchases of, or correction of, any programs needed to use this software and any consequential or incidental damages to any programs arising out of your use of or inability to use this product. It is the users responsibility to call Technical Support if they have a problem or need help. For Technical Support call 509-276-6177.

UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE RETURN:
If any part of the product must be returned. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Account Number) must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All returns must be approved by Horse Feathers Graphics and a copy of the receipt, Name, Address and Phone Number of the purchaser must be enclosed. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. Horse Feathers Graphics does not warrant that any software package will contain the exact art that you are looking for and will not be accepted as a reason to return the software.
THIRTY DAY WARRANTY:
To the original purchaser only, Horse Feathers Graphics warrants, that the medium on which the program is recorded shall be free from substantial errors or defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If the disk, is defective, damaged in shipping or there is a problem with the product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, other than accident or misuse, please call or write Horse Feathers Graphics. The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is expressly limited to replacement of the product with the same item in the same format, or repair the product. Horse Feathers Graphics will replace or repair the defective or damaged disks free during the first thirty days. After the thirty days you can get a replacement disk with the disk replacement coupon, if you mail the damaged diskette and $10.00 plus a postage and handling charge of $3.00, as long as the graphics are still being manufactured by Horse Feathers Graphics. UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIONS:
Horse Feathers Graphics warrants only that the graphics will perform as described in the users documentation. No other unauthorized representation, advertising or warranty expressed or implied by anyone whether made by retailers, sales persons, employees, or distributors for Horse Feathers Graphics, except as stated above. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to a state, so the above limitations may or may not apply in your state.
LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY:
This software is sold "AS IS" without warranty as to the graphics quality, because graphics are only data and they rely on the program’s performance to maintain their quality. The entire risk as to the quality, design and performance of the graphics is assumed by the user. In no event will Horse Feathers Graphics be liable to purchaser, for damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use this product.
